PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel having superior frame-retardancy and weather resistance with its weight permitting easy mooting on an outer wall of a general housing with nails or machine screws without requiring additional work for removing existing outer wall materials or the reinforcement of columns. SOLUTION: The panel comprises a panel molding containing, at least, a thermosetting resin, an inorganic filler and inorganic fibers, on the surface of which has a layer of a fire resistance paint material, and a laminated structure having a coating film laminated thereon. The layer of the fire resistant paint material and the coating film laminated thereon have respectively thickness 10 μm or more.
