<p>The device according to the invention essentially comprises an interface device (10) connected to a personal computer (1) by a USB connection (30). The interface device (10) transforms the electrical signals received on an infrared port (12) originating from a remote control (20) such as a cellphone into instruction commands that can be understood by the computer (1).
