PURPOSE: An actuator using air pressure and fluid pressure is provided to improve the precision of the operation thereof and prevent malfunction since a rod and a plunger moves in a reciprocating motion. CONSTITUTION: An actuator using air pressure and fluid pressure comprises a cylinder(100), a rod(210), and a plunger(310). The cylinder is partitioned into a first operating unit and a second operating unit by flow path holes. One end of the rod is installed inside the pressure chamber. The other end of the rod is formed in the first operating unit. The plunger is formed in the second operating unit. An installation groove is formed at one end of the pressure chamber. The installation groove is inserted into a high pressure seal and a guide bushing. The high pressure seal covers the outer circumference of a ram piston. |
