PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a C-pillar fitted with a seat belt anchor fixed thereto at a vehicle in which an opening between the C-pillar and a D-pillar is covered by the outer wall panel. SOLUTION: There is provided a structure of a C-pillar 30 fitted with a belt anchor 90 of a seat belt fixed thereto that is arranged at a vehicle where a vehicle side region ranging from a C-pillar 30 to a D-pillar 40 is covered by an outer wall panel member 70 having no opening, and the C-pillar 30 is constituted in such a way that a closed sectional surface is defined by the outer panel 31 of an outer wall panel member 70 facing a compartment side and its inner panel 32.
