PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dome sheet easy to manufacture, and devised to improve effect for protecting an electronic component by suppressing surface resistance low, and to provide a method of manufacturing such a dome sheet. SOLUTION: The dome sheet includes a PET base material, and a dome contact arranged on an inner side surface of the PET base material. An aluminum foil film is arranged on a surface of the PET base material. Thereby, the dome sheet can be easily manufactured, and cost for manufacturing can be reduced, and the surface resistance can be suppressed low, and thus high ESD (electrostatic discharge) shield effect can be expected.
