PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color conversion filter using an inkjet method for forming a color conversion layer at a desired position even if a bank is not formed separately. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the color conversion filter includes: (a) a process of independently forming n kinds (n is an integer of two or more) of color filter layers on a transparent substrate, and then forming the bank by overlapping at least two kinds of the color filter layers in the boundary of two different kinds of the color filter layers; and (b) a process of adhering ink containing a fluorescent material on m kinds (m is a natural number of n-1 or less) of the color filter layers to form the m kinds of the color conversion layers by using the inkjet method. One of the n kinds of the color filter layers is a liquid repellent color filter layer, the top layer of the bank is the liquid repellent color filter layer, and the color conversion layer is not formed on the liquid repellent color filter layer.
