PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve coexistence of a cellular communication and non-cellular communication in the same frequency band.SOLUTION: In a radio environment in which a cellular network and a radio LAN network in which a radio communication is executed in accordance with a surrounding communication state are mixed, an LTE base station 10 being a communication apparatus which executes a radio communication in the cellular network comprises: a transmission section for transmitting a predetermined signal to an LTE terminal 20 of a radio communication partner; and a receiving section for receiving a response signal to a signal transmitted by the transmission section, from the LTE terminal 20. The transmission section transmits a radio LAN frame including information on a transmission prohibition period to prohibit execution of the radio communication in the radio LAN network, in a predetermined period until at least the receiving section receives the response signal, before transmitting a predetermined signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
