PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure used for performing a communication including both of transmission conforming to SISO and transmission conforming to MISO and/or MIMO.SOLUTION: The transmitter has a frame forming section which collects data for SISO to form a frame and collects a data for MISO and/or MIMO to form a frame. In the SISO communication, identical SISO data with identical frequency are transmitted via plural transmission antennas which are used in the MISO and the MIMO communications. The transmission electric power on each of the transmission antennas in the SISO communication is the same as the transmission electric power on the transmission antenna in the MISO communication and the MIMO communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 122
