PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous jet ink composition having good storage stability and continuous dischargeablity even when the amount of organic solvent is large in the aqueous ink composition; obtainable of a coated product good in adhesiveness and water resistance, free of cissing or blurring on various articles to be coated without needing a receiving layer, and excellent in color development.SOLUTION: This aqueous jet ink composition includes varnish, pigment dispersion, organic solvent and water, has viscosity at 20°C of 30 mPa s or lower, surface tension at 20°C of 21-34 mN/m; where the pigment dispersion is dispersed by a bead mill in which filling rate of bead for pigment dispersion is 50-75%, and the organic solvent contains one or more kinds of compounds expressed by formula: RO-(CH-CH(R)-O)-H, (wherein Ris a 1-6C alkyl group, phenyl group or benzyl group; Ris a hydrogen atom or methyl group; and n is 1 to 3). |
