PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from being inserted in any positions other than a reproducing position.SOLUTION: In the disk device in which a floating part 3 is freely loosened relative to a chassis 2, a disk insertion preventing projection 12 blocks a conveyance path in a disk reproduction state in which the disk 4 has been inserted, thereby preventing a second disk from being double-inserted in a reproducing part. In addition, the surface of the disk insertion preventing projection 12, which surface is oriented toward an insertion/ejection port 5 is provided with a receiving part 13 of a tapering shape, which inclines toward the insertion/ejection port 5 as it extends upward. Upward pressing force is received by abutting on a second disk inserted from an oblique downward direction, and the floating part 3 is moved upward to close a gap between the chassis 2 and it, thereby preventing erroneous disk insertion. |
