PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain information indicating the speed of a mobile measuring vehicle and information indicating the situation along a road such as the terrain around the place where field intensity is measured and the presence or absence of buildings in addition to the field intensity. SOLUTION: A camera 7a is fitted on the side of a mobile measuring vehicle, photographs the situation along a road, and outputs its image signal. A camera 7b is fitted at the same height position backward apart from the camera 7a by the prescribed distance, photographs the situation along the road with a delay of the predetermined time after the camera 7a, and outputs its image signal. An image analysis section 8 compares the image signal A obtained when the image signal photographed and outputted by the camera 7a is image compression-processed and the image signal B obtained when the image signal photographed and outputted by the camera 7b is image compression-processed, detects the drift between the images photographed by both cameras 7a, 7b, i.e., the drift between both image signals compared, and calculates the speed of the mobile measuring vehicle at the photographing time of the camera 7a based on the size of the drift between the detected image signals. |
