摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the possibility of an air bag door colliding with the windshield when an air bag being inflated, and improve the appearance and design flexibility of an instrument panel by reducing a formed range of a separation predetermines part, even when the separation predetermined part is exposed to the air bag door surface of the instrument panel. SOLUTION: Door base material 41 is partitioned into a bending opening door base material part 51 on the door base material rear end side and a remaining curving non-opening door base material part 53 from an intermediate part between the front and ends of the door base material 41 in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle. The bending opening door base material part 51 and a bending opening door part 11, composed of a foaming body and a skin member on the surface, bent inwardly into a cabin with the rear end side as a fulcrum by the pressure caused by the inflation of an air bag, while the curving non-opening door base material part 53 and a curving non-opening door part 13 formed of a foaming body and a skin member on the surface, curve inwardly into the cabin between both cross direction ends on the rear end side.</p>
