PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to allow a hand to be easilily put in and to easily store articles without closing the front of an article storage chamber by providing a support member on the lower flank of a partition plate. SOLUTION: When the article 7 of the lowest stage of the article storage chamber 6 is vended, the article 7 right above the lowest stage is held by an engagement member 27 which is positioned in front of the article 7. The upper guide rod 26 of the engagement member 27 guides the article 7. When the article 7 is stored in the article storage chamber 6, the guide rod 26 is moved up slightly to detach the guide rod 26 from a support member groove 25a of a support member 25 and the guide rod 26 pivots and rotates a support member hole 25b to open the front of the article storage chamber 6, thereby making it easy to store the article 7. After the article 7 is stored, the guide rod 26 is rotated and mounted in the support member groove 25a to obtain a guide for preventing the article 7 from jumping out. The upper guide hold part 26a of the guide rod 26 is held by a cut fixed part 28c of an upper support member 28.
