PURPOSE: A vacuum de-aeration device of automatic-purification type is provided to de-aerate the air contained in powder, and at the same time clean automatically the surface of a roller by a compressed-air. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum de-aeration device comprises; a body(301) in which a hopper(301a) is installed in the upper part to supply powder, and an exhaust port is formed in the lower part to exhaust the de-aerated powder; a vacuum roller(315) installed in the inside of the body(301), and numerous aeration holes are formed in the circumference to pass a vacuum pressure supplied from a vacuum pump and a compressed pressure supplied from a compress pump, and of which the inside space is divided into numerous chambers to absorb and exhaust the vacuum; a distribution device(340) authorizing the compressed pressure to more than one chamber of a vacuum roller(315) and the vacuum pressure to the rest chambers; a filtering device installed in the circumference of the vacuum roller and preventing the powder to be absorbed to the inside; a pressing roller(322) installed in the vacuum roller and pressing the powder toward the vacuum roller; and a power supply device supplying rotation force to the vacuum roller and the pressing roller.
