The invention relates to a sales cabinet in which cooled air is circulated and thereby flows over the products located on a product shelf (1). An ionising device in the form of ionising tubes (6) is accommodated in an air duct (2) below the product shelf (1) where there is a fan (3) and a cooling device (4), specifically as near as possible to the air outlet slots of the duct so that the air ions can emerge immediately afterwards onto the product. The high-voltage generator (7) required for generating the high voltage at the ionising tubes (6) is arranged outside the cabinet, and the high voltage is fed to the tubes (6) via high-voltage cables.
