The present invention relates to balloon flower root tea and a method for manufacturing the same which maximizes the extraction amount of active ingredients of balloon flower roots and makes the tea taste better by applying ultra high pressure to balloon flower roots when the fresh balloon flower roots are processed. According to the present invention, the efficiency in extracting the active ingredients can be increased even when a concentrate of an extract and liquid tea are manufactured using the balloon flower roots processed with ultra high pressure.
