The purpose of the present invention is to provide effective technologies for strongly binding a food material to a functional component by using a method for expanding a surface area of particles of a health functional edible material by splitting the particles into nanograde particles, converting the nanograde particles into a functional solution containing 100% of a functional material by molecular binding between water molecules of purified water, and binding the functional solution to water molecules contained in a natural food material, by using a law of nature (NANO EFFECT) in which when an object is split into a nanoscale, a surface area increase, easy drinking, a precipitation decrease, absorption rate improvement, a solubility increase, smell extinction, and inflammable sterilization, and properties are changed, and a natural phenomenon in which all plants contain moisture. Therefore, by using a solvent extracting method, in comparison with a conventional functional component using method in which only a portion of a health functional material is extracted and used, an effective method in which 100% of a functional material is used, can be provided. In addition, by using a functional solution containing 100% of the above functional material, functionality is added to food and beverage. Therefore, a functional component taken as medicinal or health supplements everyday by humans, can be drunk through the food and beverage to increase a body absorption rate, and to increase anticancer and antioxidative effects and immunity, so as to improve health of humans by a method for preparing the functional healing food and beverage. |
