A burr removal method including: a step in which a burr removal device and a plurality of articles to be processed are prepared, said burr removal device including a processing container and a suction mechanism that generates suction force; a step in which the plurality of articles to be processed are set in the processing container; a step in which the plurality of articles to be processed, which have been set in the processing container, are agitated; and a step in which abrasive grains, released towards the plurality of articles to be processed that are in an agitated state, are accelerated to a prescribed speed by an air current generated by the action of the suction mechanism, the abrasive grains are caused to come in contact with or collide with the plurality of articles to be processed, thereby removing burrs on the plurality of articles to be processed. |
