<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic object with a picture by which a high resolution ceramic image of variegated hues including special colors can be formed on the surface of the ceramic object easily and at a low cost with the help of a less expensive device. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a tacky latent image composed of a tacky composition is formed on an image receiving material, then an inorganic pigment image is formed by dusting an inorganic pigment powder on the surface of the image receiving material on the side where the tacky latent image is formed and thereby, sticking an inorganic pigment to the tacky latent image portion, and the inorganic pigment image formed on the image receiving material is arranged on the surface of the ceramic object. After that, the ceramic object with at least the inorganic pigment image arranged is heated and the inorganic pigment image is sintered on the surface of the ceramic object as a sintering process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
