PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of the assembling work of a cable connecting work. SOLUTION: A cable connection box has a cylindrical sleeve 6 split into two half bodies for protecting the entire outer periphery of the box and a plurality of recesses 11 which are formed from the outer periphery to the center for protecting both end sections and hold cables 7, holding members 1 which are respectively provided on the internal surfaces of the recesses 11 and have recesses 12 nearly corresponding to the outside diameter of a cable 7, and projecting sections 21 which are also provided on the internal surfaces of the recesses 11 and fitted in the recesses 11. Then an end face plate 3 which is composed of a retaining member 2 having a recess 22 nearly corresponding to the outside diameter of the cable 7 is provided at the position corresponding to the recess 12 of the member 1 on the surface of each projecting section 21 and each cable 7 is held in the circular space 23 formed on the recesses 12 and 22 of the members 1 and 2 and, at the same time, the cables 7 can be drawn out or housed by individually removing members 2 from the members 1. |
