PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fault of an image forming device at a customer and to quickly solve the trouble of the image forming device at the customer. SOLUTION: Each copying machine 1 transmits corresponding report data to a service center 200 at the time of detecting the occurrence of abnormality by a self-diagnostic function or at the time of being in the state of requiring an advance warning. Though respective clients 201a-201n store and analyze the remote report data from each copying machine 1 for each copying machine 1, they judge the content of the abnormality of a corresponding copying machine 1 based on a result when it is the analytical result of the remote report data by self-diagnostic abnormality, and perform a corresponding action and store an action method. When the analytical result is that of the remote report data obtained by the advance warning, the prediction of the fault is executed stepwise by collating the characteristic of each copying machine 1 based on it, so that the remote report data corresponding to the level of the prediction or the history report of the action method is prepared. |
