<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably supply electrical energy by preventing the deterioration of a fuel cell system due to ozone. <P>SOLUTION: When a power source switch is turned off, a control section 16 stops the main power source, thereby stopping the overall power supply for operating and maintaining the function for image formation. When the main power source stops, the corona discharge by a charger 5 and the fuel cell system stop, as well.
