<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slit-lamp microscope, preventing extension of the operation distance (the distance from the eyepiece part for an observer's eye to a patient's eye) and having a mechanism for varying the viewing angle for observation, which is advantageous from the viewpoint of the cost; and an ophthalmic laser treatment device equipped with the same. <P>SOLUTION: The slit-lamp microscope comprises a light emitting unit for emitting illumination light to the patient's eye and a binocular microscope part for observing the patient's eye. A magnification changing mechanism part for disposing and switching a magnification changing optical system for changing the magnification of observation in a left or right optical path is disposed in an observation optical path between an objective lens and binocular eyepiece lenses in the microscope part. The slit-lamp microscope also has a viewing angle changing optical system for changing the left and right viewing angles for observation in the magnification changing mechanism part, so that the viewing angle changing optical system and the magnification changing optical system are selectively switched and disposed in the optical path of the observation optical system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
