<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture a lithium secondary battery with excellent charging/discharging property composed of an anode formed by depositing a non-crystalline thin film made of a silicon non-crystalline thin film or silicon as a main component on a current collector, using the non-crystalline thin film as an activator; of a cathode, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the lithium secondary cell comprises a process of putting the anode, the cathode and the nonaqueous electrolyte into a container to form the lithium secondary battery of not sealed open state; a process of charging the lithium secondary battery in the open state in a gaseous atmosphere containing carbon dioxide; and a process of sealing the lithium secondary battery after charging. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
