PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear door of an automobile suppressing damage of the body of an occupant on a rear seat by deformation of a belt line reinforce at a side collision. SOLUTION: In this rear door structure 10, the belt line reinforce 13 is provided along belt line portions 12 at upper ends of outer panels 11a and 11b. A portion 13 having low rigidity is provided at a front side of the belt line reinforce 13. At the side collision, the belt line reinforce 13 is locally belt in a portion 13a having low rigidity to secure a survival space of the occupant on the rear seat. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
