PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of outputting a high quality image having a photo memory improved after repeated use in a high-speed process, and a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus having the electrophotographic photoreceptor.SOLUTION: A charge generating layer includes a gallium phthalocyanine crystal including an organic compound in the crystal, and the organic compound is at least one kind of compounds selected from a group consisting of dimethyl sulfoxide, N,N-dimethylformamide, N-methylformamide, N-propylformamide, N-vinylformamide and N-methylpyrrolidone. The content of the organic compound is 0.1 mass% or more and 2.0 mass% or less to gallium phthalocyanine in the gallium phthalocyanine crystal, and a charge transport layer includes a polycarbonate resin having a structure unit shown by the following formula (1).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
