PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module and a solar battery array in which reflection loss is reduced.SOLUTION: A reflection member comprising a base material 7a and a reflection portion 7b is provided through an adhesive layer 8 to the surface of an inner lead 9 for connecting solar battery elements arranged side by side in a first direction, and a first translucent member 15 is laminated on the reflection member. In the reflection portion 7b, an area surrounded by a first virtual flat plane 7f extending along a first flat plane 7c, a second virtual flat plane 7g extending along a second flat plane 7d and a slope surface 9c is triangular, and when the refractive index of an area contacting the reflection portion 7b of the first translucent member 15 is represented by n1, the refractive index of the inside of the first translucent member 15 is represented by n2 (n1<n2), the intersection angle between the slope surface 9c and the first virtual flat plane 7f is represented by an angle α, and the intersection angle between the slope surface 9c and the second virtual flat plane 7g is represented by an angle β(α<β), the following relational expression is satisfied: sin(n1/n2)<2(α+θ) and sin(n1/n2)<2(β-θ).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
