PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum pump capable of efficiently supplying lubricating oil to a sliding portion of a rotor.SOLUTION: A vane pump 1 includes a housing 2 having a pump chamber 2A, a rotor 3 rotatably arranged in the pump chamber 2A, a vane slidably mounted on the rotor 3 for partitioning the pump chamber 2A into a plurality of working spaces with the rotation of the rotor 3, an oil supply passage 11 for supplying lubricating oil into the pump chamber 2A, and a cover 5 covering the housing 2 and having an inside face where the rotor 3 slides, the rotor 3 having oil supply grooves 3K formed in the sliding surface against the vane over the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
