EVIDENCE SYSTEM AND METHOD TO DETERMINE WHETHER DIGITAL FILE IS FORGED OR FALSIFIED BY USING SMART PHONE

The present invention relates to a system and a method for verifying whether a digital file has been forged or falsified by using a smartphone. The system comprises: at least one target terminal which transmits a photographed and/or recorded digital file, a first electronic fingerprint (a hash value) of the digital file, terminal information, location information when the digital file was generated, meta data, and a user key, and includes a client program receiving an authentication ID in response to the transmission; and a forgery and falsification check system which converts the received information (the digital file, the first electronic fingerprint, the terminal information, the location information when the digital file was generated, and the meta data), exclusive of the user key, into a DB form, stores the converted information, generates a second electronic fingerprint (a hash value) by combining the information in a DB form and an administrator key, issues an authentication ID, stores the authentication ID, transmits the authentication ID to the client program of the at least one target terminal, and when whether the digital file has been forged or falsified is verified, receives a digital file to be checked for forgery and falsification, the authentication ID, the first electronic fingerprint, and the terminal information from the client program of the target terminal, determines whether the digital file has been forged or falsified by comparing the information received from the client program with the authentication ID, the first electronic fingerprint, and the terminal information stored in a database, and transmits a result of the determination of the forgery and the falsification of the digital file to the client program of the target terminal.
