The allowable maximum output torque Tlim is represented by following formula (1); Tlim=r1×μk×Ns×fs ...(1), where, r1 is the distance between the center of rotation of the driven body and the contact position of the contact part, μk is the dynamic friction coefficient of the driven body and contact part, Ns is the pressing force of the contact part for pressing the driven body when operation of the piezoelectric drive section is stopped, and fs is a coefficient of 1 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
