PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating member having both a function for externally heating a fixing member and a function for suppressing a variation in temperature distribution on the surface of the fixing member, a fixing device, and an image forming apparatus using the same.SOLUTION: A heating member 90 includes: a pipe 91 that has an inner space, and comes into pressure contact with an outer peripheral surface of a fixing roller 61 to form a pressure contact part H; a resistance heating element 93 that is provided to be capable of changing a relative distance with the pressure contact part H in the inner space of the pipe 91, and generates heat; and a heat medium 92 that is accommodated in the inner space of the pipe 91, and has heat capacity larger than that of the pipe 91. |
