<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent external electromagnetic wave leak into an apparatus and internally generated electromagnetic leak to outside. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises; an electromagnetic shield film 15 which is provided on an inner wall of a case 12 having a display window 12a, for shielding an electromagnetic wave through the case 12; and a light translucency electromagnetic shield film 16a for shielding the electrooptical wave through a transparent member 14 for display and a light translucency member 16b.
