PURPOSE:To permit the constant quantity discharge with high reliability and high precision by installing a pair of pumps consisting of a bellows which is operated in reciprocation and has the electromagnetic opening/closing valves at a suction port and discharge port and allowing the pumps to perform the discharge operation alternately. CONSTITUTION:The captioned pump system is equipped with the first and second pump systems PA and PB, and the pump PA (also on the PB side) is equipped with a bellows 23A having a suction port 21A and a discharge port 22 which are equipped with the electromagnetic opening/closing valves 25A and 25B, respectively. The bellows 23A is operated in reciprocation by a reciprocating driving means 24A in which a ball nut 29a is screwed with a ball screw shaft 27a which is revolved normally and reversely by a pulse motor Ma, and the motor Ma is brought into stop by detecting the lower part stroke end of the nut member 29a by a limit switch 31a. The both pumps PA and PB perform the discharge operation alternately, and the discharge liquid of the pump is supplied into a gun G for liquid injection through an electromagnetic opening/closing valve 32, etc., and then jetted out. |
