PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed sheet with softness, air permeability, moisture permeability, and waterproof to a bed sheet, by giving prescribed water resistance and moisture permeability to a pile knitting mesh back face with a prescribed specific volume and laminated with a polyurethane resin film and being composed of acrylate fiber and having pile on the surface. SOLUTION: Pile knitting with pile on the surface and having 5-10 cm<3> /g of specific volume is composed of acrylate fiber to give softness based on acrylate fiber and air and moisture permeability and flexibility based on the knit structure to a bed sheet for nursing. A polyurethane resin film is laminated on the meshed back face of the pile knitting to satisfy requirements of water resistance higher than 2000 mm and moisture permeability higher than 6000 g/m<2> /24 hr, which are achieved by laminating a polyurethane resin sheet on the back face of the pole knitting mesh. Thus required water resistance and moisture permeability are given to this bed sheet for nursing, then discharged through a nozzle into a coagulation bath to coagulate. |
