PURPOSE: A method for video interviews using the internet is provided to enable an employer and a job seeker to receive desired information, to store the information into a database and to conduct the video interview through the internet when the employer requests for an interview with the desired job seeker. CONSTITUTION: A method for video interviews using internet is composed of connection, control, and execution. An employer(200), a job seeker(100), and a server(300) that controls the general video interview methods are connected to the internet. The server includes an employer/job seeker database designed to distinguish and manage the employer/job seeker information and a video interview system that controls the execution of video interviews. The job seeker can actively provide his/her own information to the employer and the employer can request an interview with the job seeker. The server executes an authentication process and controls the execution of video interview. |
