<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closable opening device for use in a sealed package preventing a rapid spout or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The opening device 2 has a frame 5, a threaded cap 7 and a tubular cutting member 8 which is engaged with a through hole, connected to the threaded cap 7 in its rotating direction when the threaded cap 7 is removed from the frame 5 after the package 1 is opened, and projected downward to the interior of the package 1 from the frame 5 and movable up to a lower limit point so as to detach a pierceable portion 4 from the rest of the package 1. A set of through holes 50 is provided which are mutually spaced in a peripheral direction on each side of opposite sidewalls 29 of the cutting member 8 to allow air into the package 1 when a food product is poured. Each set of the through holes 50 is mutually displaced in the direction of a through hole central axis A.
