Disclosed is an anesthesia machine respiratory system (10), comprising a driving gas isolation device (100), a driving gas control system (200) and a circulatory-respiratory system (300). Both the driving gas control system (200) and the circulatory-respiratory system (300) are in communication with the driving gas isolation device (100). The driving gas isolation device (100) comprises a device main body (110). At least two airways (130) arranged in parallel are provided in the device main body (110). The airways (130) are elongated structures. The driving gas isolation device (100) achieves non-physical isolation between the driving gas and a mixed gas carrying a large amount of narcotic drugs by the elongated and parallel airways (130), wherein no elastic component such as a folded capsule is used, which makes the driving gas isolation device (100) control the pressure and flow more accurately. In addition, also provided is an anesthesia machine which uses the anesthesia machine respiratory system (10).
