The invention relates to a high-efficiency multiple-effect distillation MED device which includes a highly thermally conductive wall for transferring heat between the two outer faces of the highly thermally conductive wall, formed by a structure which supports at least one heat tube, achieving a substantial reduction in the heat-exchange surface between two effects of the multiple-effect distillation device and the temperature jump necessary between effects.
