PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically determine a normal or abnormal work status of each operator from the image of an operation site characterized by the repeated execution of the same operation.SOLUTION: The operation quality control method of an operator for a repeated operation includes: a model construction step 102 of statistically constructing a prediction model that inputs flow line data and intermediate quality data among the past flow line data of the operator, the past intermediate quality data of an operation target article, and the past final quality data of the operation target article, and outputs the final quality data; an operator position recognition step 104 of recognizing the position of the operator from a captured image data; and an operator position abnormality determination step 105 of substituting the operator position recognized in the operator position recognition step for the model constructed in the model construction step to determine whether the target operation is normal or abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
