PURPOSE:To carry out uniform and excellent coating, by coating a hot-melt type coating soln. on a carrier, and keeping the fluidity of the soln. without curing the coated film to a position where the carrier is not yet wound. CONSTITUTION:The hot-melt type coating soln. 1 is coated on the carrier 5 at a coating part 10. A coating soln. heating means 11 is provided between the coating part 10 and the parts 8 and 9 where the carrier 5 is wound, and the fluidity of the soln. is kept until the carrier 5 is wound without curing the coated film. As a result, the wrinkling of the carrier surface, etc., due to the solidified soln. can be prevented, and uniform and excellent coating can be carried out.
