PURPOSE:To secure the facilitate the cleaning of a recessed part by providing a long-sized base film and plural projecting adhesive parts which are fitted on the base film lengthwise at specific intervals. CONSTITUTION:The adhesive tape 229 for cleaning has the long-sized base film 223 and plural projecting adhesive parts fitted on the base film 223 lengthwise at specific intervals. The projecting adhesive parts project from the base film 223 to projection height which is >=1.1 times the step H between a mask 590 and a developing electrode 596. This adhesive tape 229 for cleaning is set opposite a part to be cleaned and the projecting adhesive parts are intruded into recesses of the part to be cleaned, so that unnecessary matter such as a caked developer in the recesses is stuck and removed properly with adhesive strength.
