<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat having a back shell which moves up/down with respect to a back frame, while improving the appearance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicle seat 10, a back part of a user is supported by a movable back shell 42 supported so as to be vertically move with respect to the back frame 30. On the back surface side of the movable back shell 42, an immovable back shell 46 attached so as not to be displaced from the back frame 30 is arranged.
