PURPOSE:To improve the lack of fluid by filling operation relaxing fluid in an operation relaxing fluid chamber where a movable core is contained. CONSTITUTION:Exciting current is applied to a solenoid coil to generate magnetic force and thereby a movable core 92 is driven. With the drive of the movable core 92, a valve body 86 connected to the movable core is operated and abutted to or separated from a valve seat 88 so that the supply of fluid such as developer is controlled. In an operation relaxing fluid chamber 96 formed with a diaphragm 86A integratedly provided in the valve body 86, the movable core 92 is relaxed in the operational speed with the viscosity of operation relaxing fluid 98 filled in the operation relaxing fluid chamber. When the movable core 92 is operated, the diaphragm moves and swells upward or downward so that the capacity of the operation relaxing fluid chamber 96 is not changed.
