<p>PURPOSE:To surely inform the communication result even when the user cannot immediately reply a phone call because of absence by providing a document information storage device to the key telephone system. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile equipment 104 accommodated in an extension makes dialing to the extension to which a document information storage device 105 is connected and sends a call signal to the device 105 through a master equipment 102 and the signal is reported to a main control section 109 from an extension interface section 106 and a reply signal is sent back to the equipment 102. A voice guidance transmission section 107 of the device 105 outputs an input request such as request of designated service entry, a destination number, a notice destination extension number and the request is stored once in a document mail data storage section 108. Thus, FAX communication is started automatically to the destination and when finished, an extension telephone set 103 is automatically called. In this case, when the telephone set 103 does not reply, the device 105 sends a transmission special number code to the master equipment 102, display data set in advance to the master equipment 102 are sent to the telephone set 103 and displayed on an LCO.</p> |
