The folder has two transparent sheets which are heat welded together over their complete periphery and enclose a support printed on one or both faces. The folder can have two flaps (3) on at least one face to allow the introduction of the notebook to be protected. The protector has two flaps on each of the faces, by which it is used to so that it can be used reversibly. The flaps can be formed of strips attached to the ends of the cover.
