<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration welding device carrying out easily the replacement of a fixed side jig and provided with the superior installation accuracy. SOLUTION: While a vibrating side jig 12 is provided continuously to a lateral vibration generating section 11 out of one set of jigs for clamping a material to be processed, a plurality of guide pins 32 provided on a lifting and lowering frame 2 are fitted into sockets continuously connected with a fixed side jig 22, and the fixed side jig 22 is fixed on the lifting and lowering frame 2, and both jigs 12 and 22 are set movably close each other, and guide pins 32 and the sockets are provided on either of upper or lower supporting plates 33 and 31, and the guide pins 32 are formed into the conical shape, and also the sockets and pockets are formed into the conical shape.</p> |
