PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card having a means for displaying observable information by the use of a rewritable display material and formed by the method high in manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: A reversible heat sensitive recording sheet provided with at least one reversible heat sensitive layer containing a leuco color which is normally colorless or a light color and a reversible color developer capable of developing the leuco color by heating and achromatizing the leuco color by reheating is used as one oversheet 16. Then an IC card is formed by injection molding a core material 17 between the recording sheet 16 and the other oversheet 18 to which IC chip modules have been integrated or are to be integrated or thermally sticking both the sheets 16, 18 through the core material 17.
