PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a detection mark for remaining unremoved from a bag by temporarily stopping a bag constituting material through detecting the detection mark indicated on the bag constituting material by means of a photoelectric tube and punching out a part including the detection mark and further separating the bag from the material. SOLUTION: One 1a of a first surface and a second surface film 1a, 1b which constitute a bag constituting material 5 has a printed detection mark 8 indicated at a position for a header part 7. The material 5 in the process of transfer is intermittently transferred by detecting the detection mark by a detection means 9 such as a photoelectric tube. That is, when the detection means 9 detects the detection mark 8, the drive roller of a conveyance means is temporarily stopped. At the time of temporarily stopping the bag constituting material 5, a part of the header part 7 is punched out by a punching means 10. Further the material 5 is fused 13 along a fusion line in the strip width direction of the material 5 to obtain individual bag bodies 14.
