摘要 PURPOSE: An aero-magnetic complex type bearing apparatus is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost with simplifying the manufacturing process, prevent the upper end surface of a bushing from being polluted, and secure stable rotation by increasing stiffness against a tilting of the bushing. CONSTITUTION: In a fluid bearing, an aero-magnetic complex type bearing apparatus includes a shaft(120), a step bearing(150) fixed at the upper part of the shaft, a hemisphere(130) fixed at the lower part of the shaft and having a plurality of dynamic pressure generation holes(135) on the surface of the hemisphere, and a bushing(140) having a through hole(146) in the center for being inserted into the shaft to be rotated between the step bearing and the hemisphere, wherein a recess(141) is formed at the lower end surface of the step bearing with fixed diameter and depth, a hemisphere groove(142) is formed at the lower end surface of the bushing for receiving the hemisphere, a first magnet(158) is fixed at the upper end surface in circumferential direction of the bushing, and a second magnet(148) is fixed at the lower end surface of the step bearing in circumferential direction opposite to the first magnet with the same magnetic pole.
