PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processes, to improve the strength of a barrier rib forming part, to provide the excellent dimensional accuracy with the excellent workability and a low energy by hardening the barrier rib forming part formed into the predetermined shape at the predetermined position of a substrate, and thereafter, forming a multi color pattern including the phosphor and the organic material on the barrier rib forming part at the predetermined position. SOLUTION: A hardened barrier rib forming part 2a is obtained by a process for embedding the barrier rib material in a clearance between a relief pattern and a relief pattern provided on a substrate at the predetermined positions, a process for hardening the barrier rib material and a process for eliminating the relief patterns. The barrier rib material includes the inorganic material and the organic material, which includes the high molecular binder having ethylene unsaturated group, as essential ingredient. As the phosphor and the organic material to be used at the time of forming a multi color pattern, the photosensitive resin composition including each phosphor for emitting the red, green and blue light is used.
